2. Fill out required fields & signed.
3. Scan your IC(for malaysian)/Passport photo details page & the filled contract.
4. Email us the scanned contract & IC(for malaysian)/Passport photo details page to asot650myenquiries@gmail.com
5. Wait for our reply & we will send you an official letter appointing you as our official cadet.
6. Please keep the filled contract for future references.
