1. Purchasing Terms:
  i) No SEPARATE PURCHASE on JUST TICKETS ONLY or GOODIES ONLY.
 ii) No CASH ON DELIVERY available.

iii) For group purchase, kindly refer to the provided purchasing steps stated above.

2. No Refund and Cancellation:
i) Once confirmed, 'ASOT 650 Malaysia Tickets with Exclusive Limited Edition Goodies' with
   ASOT 650 Malaysia Campaign (BigBoys Adventure) will not be cancelled, exchanged or
   refunded. Kindly be reminded to check the goodies'   conditions upon your collection.

3. Price Changes:
i) Price of 'ASOT 650 Malaysia Tickets with Exclusive Limited Edition Goodies' will be based
   accordingly to Future Music Festival Asia's 2nd, 3rd and 4th ticket release.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
  i) All Tickets, event information, performance and dates are provided by the event organisers,
     promoters, suppliers or agents.
 ii) Any cancellation, postponement or alteration of any kind to an event is the responsibility of
     the event organisers, promoters, suppliers and/or agents disclaims any and all
     liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such cancellation, postponement
     or alteration.
iii) ASOT 650 Malaysia Campaign (BigBoys Adventures) shall not be liable, apart from
     non-excusable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or
     irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any venue, or vehicle
     or through the acts or omissions, defaults whether negligent or otherwise, of companies or
     persons engaged in connection with your Ticket purchase over whom we have no direct and
     exclusive control over.
 iv) ASOT 650 Malaysia Campaign (BigBoys Adventures) shall not be liable whether in contract
      or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused
      directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which
      are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil
      disturbance, fire, floods,unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any
      other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

5. Responsibilities and Independence of ASOT 650 Malaysia Campaign (BigBoys Adventure)
 i) Big Boys Adventure, agrees to offer its services to the ticket purchaser as an event ticketing
    website via asot650my.blogspot.com. Big Boys Adventure is acting as resellers and in the
    event of any cancellations (ie. changes on event dates, line ups, location, price) are not
    bared by Big Boys Adventure as the event services are not directly supplied by Big Boys
    Adventure apart from the goodies. 

6. Lost Of Tickets and Goodies
i) ASOT 650 Malaysia Campaign (BigBoys Adventures) shall not be liable for any loss of these
   purchases after delivery.

7.  Entry to ASOT 650 Malaysia 2014 including Future Music Festival Asia 2014 (FMFA 2014)
     is restricted to people over the age of 18 only. You will be required to present one
     acceptable proof of age picture ID to enter the Event and Venue (I.C, passport, drivers
     license)

8. Meet and greet lucky winner

  i) Only 1 entry per ticket purchase is permitted.

 ii) Winner will be announced publicly after the draw.

iii) The organisers reserves the rights to reject the entry at any point of time and/or replace the
     winner if there is no response from the announced winner within the responded time given.
